When I'm most useful
Things I've done
Sometimes it’s spotting new possibilities. Sometimes it’s helping people see things differently. Sometimes it’s getting unstuck on something that’s been slowing you down. And sometimes it’s simply clearing enough fog to take the next step forward.
My approach is collaborative, creative, and grounded in real-world experience. I don’t arrive with pre-packaged answers. I bring structure, curiosity, and an outside perspective — helping teams think differently and go somewhere new.
I believe you know your organisation best. My role isn’t to prescribe solutions — it’s to help you and your team explore, discover, and decide what makes sense for you.

It’s all about moving from stuck → possibility → forward movement.
How I work
I design and facilitate focused, collaborative sessions that help teams understand where they are, explore possibilities, and shape a practical way forward. Most start with a single, structured session (that could be a one-hour intervention or a full-day workshop). From there, support can continue if useful — but the goal is always the same: create clarity, unlock new thinking, and build momentum quickly.
Alongside this work, I’m also training as a counsellor — which shapes how I listen, how I facilitate difficult conversations, and how I support leaders through moments of uncertainty and change.
If you're staring down a big decision, a tough challenge, or a moment of uncertainty, let's talk.
